VendorsOnline is getting a facelift...
True Value is ready to implement the new and improved VendorsOnline website which will provide enhanced functionality and better service for you, our vendors. While the applications on the website have not changed, the functionality and information on the website have. Some of the improvements you will see include:
• A robust search capability
• News & Information section
• Enhanced contact information
Vendor Managed Users – True Value is requesting all vendors establish a VOL Admin. The admin will be responsible for assigning access to applications to users within your company as well as to a sales rep if you have one. Once the VOL Admin has assigned permissions to the sales rep, the Sales Rep Admin will then be able to assign application access to individuals within their agency.
Single Log-In – This is one of the “best” features of the new website.
• You will be able to use the single log-in to navigate all the applications in the website without having to log out and log back in.
• You will have the ability to access the information for all of your vendor numbers under this single log-in.
• You will also be able to assign application access to your selected Sales Rep if you chose to do so. They, in turn, will be able to manage all the vendor numbers they are responsible for with this single log-in.
While we are rolling out the access to the new website by department, we will set up any vendor admin that submits the completed form. Keep an eye on VendorsOnline for further updates.
